They raised their Seed round from world-class investors and 10+ renowned founders turned angels. Since then they have been heads down building and shipping products their customers love - now they'are ready to scale. • 💪 Core Skills: Python, Go, Postgres.

• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

• Python(Fast API), Go, Typescript, React, React Native, GCP.

• Proficient with Python. You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience using Python. You likely know other languages.
• Experience with API-based products
• Have good communication skills. You will interact with customers directly and on a daily basis.

• You like to wear many hats.
• Strongly empathetic and get energy from fixing customers issues.
