customer support engineer

need someone to help customers ship fast with turbopuffer. you'll debug prod issues, optimize queries, and make sure people are puffin' hard on our platform.

what you'll do:

• customer traces > first principles > hunches. real data solves real problems

• own customer outcomes.

• when in doubt, do the simpler thing (but keep it correct)

must have:

• data background - you love debugging query performance and data flows

• linux - you're comfortable in terminals and reading logs

• python or javascript/typescript - for reproducing issues and building solutions

• production mindset - you've been on-call and know what "urgent" means

nice to have:

• k8s experience

• vector search or full-text search background

• experience with the major cloud platforms
