Deliver technical troubleshooting and resolution of application issues in line with Client, and in partnership with Application Vendors.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt handling of tickets, communication with customers and adherence to SLAs.
Investigate and manage to resolution Incidents affecting Functionality, Availability, and Performance.
Undertake tuning and scaling of systems for both performance and security.
Manage security profiles across applications in line with IT security principles.
Systems include:
Custom Power Apps.
Custom .Net IIS SQL applications with multiple integrations.
Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including Precision Forms.
Dynamics 365 Sales, and HubSpot and Resco.
Prophix (Financial Reporting).
Provide 2nd Level technical and functional support for all ERP and CRM system users.
Deliver client onboarding activities, maintain system training documentation, and provide training to end users.
Evaluate inefficiencies in system functions and recommend optimal business practices.
Document all aspects of systems to ensure knowledge is shared across the wider IT Team.
Comply with client’s quality, environmental and health and safety procedures to proactively develop a culture of, continuous quality improvement and the provision of a healthy and safe workplace, ensuring that all practical steps are taken to meet current OHS requirements.
