    As a Support Engineer at Unblocked, you’ll help monitor the quality of answers provided to our customers, suggest improvements, and collaborate closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams.

    About You

    You’ll play a key role in supporting customers as they evaluate and adopt Unblocked, ensuring an excellent product experience, and continuously improving the quality of our answers.

    What You’ll Do

    • Work directly with customers to design, implement, and fine-tune their team configuration.

    • Participate in customer calls to advise on best practices for prompting strategies and product usage.

    • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and engineering teams to resolve issues and surface product improvement opportunities.

    • Analyze patterns in answer quality and customer feedback to recommend and drive improvements to our platform.

    • Stay current on Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and trends in developer productivity tools.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, QA Engineer, or SRE).

    • Comfortable navigating software development environments — including reading logs, configurations, and basic code.

    • Sharp attention to detail with a knack for identifying subtle inaccuracies and diagnosing root causes.

    • Excellent communicator, able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.

    • Scripting experience (Python, Bash, etc.) and familiarity with SQL are a plus.
