The role
You are a Senior Full-Stack Support Engineer from Costa Rica with more than enough experience to work independently on investigating and solving bugs that cause our customers issues. Problems intrigue you and like a detective you deep dive into logs and code across services and databases, to find root causes and possibly a way to fix them immediately. Unblocking customers makes you happy, and making code better in the process gives you a thrill.
You will join our support squad, working closely with the support manager and other support engineers, solving bugs and issues that our customers have, thereby making a real impact on the world.
