    As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them navigate technical challenges and achieve their business goals. You will engage directly with users via email and chat, triaging issues, diagnosing problems, and providing clear, actionable guidance. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Product and Customer Success teams, contributing to process improvements and product enhancements. You will play a key role in ensuring customers have a smooth experience, helping them adopt features effectively and providing feedback that drives product development. Strong written communication, technical problem-solving, and a proactive mindset are essential for success. You will operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your expertise and empathy make a real impact on customer satisfaction.

    • Accountabilities
    • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and support ticketing systems.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions effectively.
    • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
    • Document solutions, create guides, and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
    • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements or product enhancements.
    • Conduct regular touchpoints with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful onboarding.
    • Maintain high-quality support standards while balancing response times and customer needs.

    • Requirements
    • Experience in technical support, customer-facing roles, or SaaS support environments.
    • Familiarity with basic programming concepts (APIs, variables, conditionals, loops) and, ideally, some JavaScript knowledge.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
    • Comfort using support tools like Zendesk, bug tracking platforms, or workflow automation tools.
    • Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, or technical platforms is a plus.
    • Availability to work PST/MST hours and adapt to team collaboration across time zones.
