    Swarmer develops software that makes drones autonomous and allows them to operate together, in large teams, without pilots required. Our technology has been battle-tested across 100,000+ combat missions in Ukraine — the world's most intense proving ground for drone warfare. We just closed a $15M Series A (the largest investment in Ukrainian defense tech since the war began) and we're scaling operations to serve NATO-aligned nations.

    What we’re looking for:

    We are looking for a L2 Support Engineer to provide first-line technical support for our UAV and mission software in real operational environments. You will troubleshoot issues using logs and monitoring tools, keep documentation up to date, train users on new features, and act as a communication bridge between military units, test pilots, and our engineering team—ensuring reliable performance and fast feedback loops from the field to development.

    What you’ll do:

    • Technical user support:

      • Checking access permissions, basic setup, and version актуality;

      • Answering common user questions and recommending best practices.

    • First-line issue triage:

      • Analyzing metrics, logs, and configurations;

      • Attempting to fix issues independently; escalating to L3/developers when needed.

    • Documentation creation and maintenance:

      • Creating and updating user instructions, knowledge base articles, and guides.

    • User onboarding and training:

      • Introducing new features and system updates;

      • Running short workshops or video demos.

    • Feedback collection:

      • Communicating with users and structuring feedback for the development team;

      • Creating improvement requests based on recurring needs and pain points.

    Tools You’ll Work With

    • Monitoring & analytics: Grafana, VictoriaMetrics (Prometheus), VictoriaLogs (ELK);

    • Task management: Jira, Confluence;

    • UAV software stack: Ardupilot, Betaflight, iNav;

    • Mission software: Mission Planner, QGroundControl.

    You will also need at least a basic understanding of:

    • Networks (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP);

    • Radio communications;

    • Operating systems (Linux, Windows, Android).
