As a Staff Technical Support Engineer on our Technical Support Engineering (TSE) team, you’ll work closely with some of the most innovative companies in the world to help them solve complex issues in production and pre-production environments. This isn’t your typical support role—you’ll be deep in the trenches of cloud-native architectures, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and shaping the future of how our technology evolves.
This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The role operates in a 24/7 shift model, offering diverse experience across global customers.
